Question Need help CPU lights turns red, switches off than VGA turns red

Mobo x670e, cpu ryzen 7 7800x3d, 64 gigs of ram gpu eadeon rx 6800 xt. Was building pc just finished and cpu light turns red then turns of and vga come on red. What may be the cause.

Please post full specs. Which x670e motherboard? Model and kit numebr for RAM? PSU?

VGA LED indicates a problem with the 6800XT, but there is not enough information.

Are all PSU cables hooked up and tightly connected? You can unplug and reconnect them.
All power cables connected to the 6800XT?
Motherboard CPU headers connected?
Did you flash BIOS or is it still the same one that came with the motherboard? CAREFUL~! if flashing BIOS. It can brick a motherboard. If you're still on the factory BIOS, update it to the latest available from the motherboard manufacturer. Follow instructions in the manual!
