Need help deciding on GPU

I was on a verge of buying a 1050ti but i figured 470rx is a much better choice however all the cheap 470rx versions are sold out (I contacted shops, they said they won't be getting them anymore) and the only one left costs 257€.

My budget is 210€ I live in Croatia, and here, GPU prices are kinda insane.
1050 ti 4gb - 194€
1060 3gb - 221€
rx 470 4gb - 255,45€

Should I buy the 1060 despite it having 3gb or should I perhaps wait months or even a year for a rx 470 ?

Current gpu: r7 250 1GB ddr5

Don't go for 1060 3gb. Try rx 570 if 470 are unavailable.

I've just found Sapphire PULSE RX 570 for a price of 224€ available for order in my city. Is this the best choice out of these 4 GPUs?

an rx 570 is indeed the best choice between all of these cards so i'd say pick it up!

rx 570 will easily beat those 3 you listed in your post. Just make sure your PSU is good enough, those new AMD cards are power hungry.

I just recently bought Thermaltakes smart SE 530W PSU, is that enough for an rx 570? Really appreciate your answers guys

According to Tom's review, (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/amd-radeon-rx-570-4gb,review-33866-15.html) 570 can use up to 160 W gaming and almost 200 W on torture. Good 530 W PSU would do, but this one you got is not good (quality wise).

Any of seasonic S12II, Antec HCG, Antec HCGm, EVGA supernova G2, or seasonic M12II 500w or higher. These tend to be the best good priced models.
