Need help deciding

Looking for a new laptop and narrowed it down to 3. I was leaning more towards these 2

Is there any big/minor differences between the X512 and X510 besides the fact the X512 has the i5 8265 which is a bit newer and faster than the 8250?

My Third option was this:

Is this one worth the extra $100? for a slightly newer/faster i5 than the 8265? Also, the Acer has a wifi 6 AX card (more future proof) while the 2 Asus have wifi AC cards.

For $10, a slightly better cpu is worth it. For the extra $100, the answer is NO. Laptops have decent wifi, and the only problems you will ever encounter is your own wifi.
