Need help finding a desktop

I'm not sure if this was the right place to post this but,

My friend's trying to find something for £1000 or under ($1500 roughly), but has been finding it difficult to find an optimal spec for what he wants.

Basically, he just wants to be able to play just about any game with any requirements as well as live stream these games.

So I figured I'd ask on forums for some help, the budget does include keyboard/mouse, no monitor as he already has one.

EDIT: He doesn't want to be build it himself, he'd prefer it if he could get the set up already built.

Hey, sorry I should have mentioned that my friend doesn't want to build one himself. But the link did give me an idea on what sort of parts to be looking out for, so I'll keep looking while I wait for more posts in the meantime,

816 vs 862, im quite impressed by how much discount they got buying in bulk.
but them value added tax is quite big.
and there's still some tweak here and there if i were given the freedom to choose. cheaper casing, asrock z97 mobo since i have no faith in asus no more, modular PSU are just some of my suggested revision.
