Need Help Finding a Keyboard

I have been looking for a keyboard for awhile now with no luck. What I want in a keyboard is:

• 
  Backlit
  Mechanical (cherry MX reds)
  an audio out/ mic in
  at least one usb plug in to the keyboard
  Num pad
  Do not worry about price

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
