Need help finding parts for PC

I want to turn this into a gaming pc for under £350. The current specifications are pretty bad considering it's from 2008. Can you guys help me find good parts? I'll need a CPU, GPU, New MoBo, RAM, and maybe a new PSU. It's a bit of an ask but i really wanna turn this into a gaming pc
