NEED HELP! Flickering and Freezing

My Rig -
CPU - Intel i5 3570K
Mobo - Asrock P67 Pro3 Se
PSU - CX750 Corsair
Ram - 1x8 Vengeance 8GB
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 980 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5

The only problem that could possibly be causing this is the GPU

To tell you the truth Im not sure if it is oc cause I never overclocked it
It might of been factory overclocked.
Im not sure how to disable an overclock as the video suggests.

if you havent overclocked it and its a factory clock it should be fine. those artifacts are what happens when you overclock it too far

Although I havent overclocked my gpu Im still getting these artifacts

I dont tbh they are pysical defacts int he ram of your graphics card usually caused by overheating from overclocking.. sorry but it is a RMA the card job and get a new one under the warranty..
does it only do it in overwatcch?

No it does it on all the games I play it flickers then freezes up and crashes.
