Need help for a budget PC

Hello!
I am looking for a build of around 600 USD for a friend. He wants it for gaming and is fine not running ultra quality but gaming should be lag free and he should be able to play the latest of games. I'm only thinking about Intel and Nvidia Cpu and Graphics respectively as I myself have only used those, so they are preferred! He has DDR4 RAM around 16 gigs I think, already has a Hard disk and OS and a monitor.
