So I want to build my own gaming PC and I need help.

I will buy my parts on eBay, I want to make sure if everything is fine from my selection. If
I need to change something plz tell me.

Motherboard: MSI B150M MORTAR
CPU: INTEL CORE I7-6700 3.4GHz LGA1151
RAM: 16GB Kit (2X8GB) Kingston DDR4 2133 16G HyperXFury Memory HX421C14FB2K2/16
CPU COOLER: upHere Technology All-In-One High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler with Adjustable
GPU: Zotac ZT-P10600B-10M GeForce GTX 1060 6GB AMP! EDITION

I already have a 500W power supply (Aerocool VP Pro)
I also have 240 GB ADATA Premiere SP550 SSD, Hitachi 320 gb and a toshiba 2TB

I'm just not sure about the CPU cooler. Is it reliable ? Or I have to buy a better one ?

I will say it's not a brand I've ever heard of, and that is quite cheap for a liquid cooler(which is not necessarily a good thing when a leak could kill your machine). Might I suggest simply going with an air cooler, especially on a non-K series CPU. You could get a Cryorig H7 or a Cooler Master 212 for less than $25, and it will keep everything adequately cool.

My other concern is the Aerocool PSU. One of the lower tier PSUs as far as quality goes.

Oh..I can use a non liquid cooler. That's great then. I can save some money.
Concerning the PSU I will change it later, For instance I have no other option. I don't have enough money.
I will buy a SilverStone Strider Essential Bronze 500 W (SST-ST50F-ESB) later.
