RAM MODIFIED; Now having 32GO of vyper DDR3 (no problem with it)

OF COURSE, I want to upgrade GPU and PSU, but I need you to help me choosing it.
I need something better under 300$ for GPU and 100$ for PSU

Actually having
PSU - 180 W external power adapter (100V-240V)
GPU - AMD R7 240 (4g onboard memory)

MOTHERBOARD - MSI MS-7906 (Orchid-S) with One PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0)

You could go for a Gtx 1060 3gb
and a Cooler master MasterWatt 500 LITE if you want to go cheap but evga 500w is better
