Need help for motherboard SuperMicro

Hi , my motherboard is SuperMicro c9z390 cg iw has a problem
Today I built new pc , the motherboard had been auto turn on when I press on psu
I have been remove Ram, CPU
Only motherboard , fan cpu but the motherboard and cpu fan still active

What does the LED screen on the motherboard say for a status?

There are also separate RAM, CPU, BOOT, and VGA LEDs on that motherboard. Check the manual to use them to help identify your problem.
