A Ryzen 2200G will work with a B350 motherboard. There is a small possibility of a BIOS incompatibility. A B450 motherboard eliminates the BIOS problem. If you are going to use the built-in graphics, you NEED two DIMMs of memory. A set of two 8GB DIMMs.

So if iget to 4gb instead of 8 will it be compatible? i am building according to my budget....

You can get 2x4GB. Since some of the RAM will be used for graphics, you could run into situations where a game will run poorly because of RAM shortage.

Since you are using the integrated graphics on the CPU, some of the 8GB of RAM HAS to be dedicated to graphics. A game that needs 8GB of RAM won't have enough free RAM and could run poorly.

2x4 GB is preferred to 1x8 GB so you can take advantage of dual channels.

Also, the VS is a mediocre power supply. On a budget, it's generally Corsair CX that's the cheapest recommendable (the new ones, not the old ones with the green lettering).

I Need Opinions From Everyone...

Change RAM to 2x4GB and it will be much better. Single-channel vs dual-channel is slower for gaming. Gaming on the 2200G will be less than desirable than a dedicated GPU like a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 560 4GB.

Push for 2400G if possible. Bigger up. Otherwise, its fine. And the build has room to grow.
