Need Help for updating my amd because im new in updating this

im new in updating amd drivers...Do I really need to uninstall the old amd driver before downloading the new one?

It's probably best, but you can also install new one, then run AMD Clean Uninstall Utility.

Are you talking about display drivers? If yes I've personally always been a fan of doing clean installs of display drivers to make sure there are no lingering issues. There are tools designed for that purpose, my personal favourite being DDU.
