That was a fast reply! Yea basically, sorry to confuse you.

No problemo. I'll do some modifications to the build to fit it better into the budget.

I don't know if this would help but if you need to know what the name and model of the monitor is it's the AOC e2343Fi 60Hz 23.0" Monitor costs £100. You can add that to the pricing to see if everything falls under my budget.

An oddly solid build. Pricing worked out very very well in your country.

It's ok. I wasn't entirely sure if the i5 will be good enough for video transcoding and encoding which is why I also mentioned the i7 even though it's advised for video editing which I don't do. But I was told the i5 can handle video transcoding and encoding at a relative speed, just not as fast as the i7.

Sorry if the title of this thread turned out to be misleading to you or anyone, did not intend to confuse people.

In his budget, the i7 will not fit. The benefits of HyperThreading are not worth the price it will cost him at all.

Well the build will me cost me £707.10 the pcpartpicker does not give the exact full price but i'll spend the £7 and pretend that it fits into my budget. Also, the RAM is temporarily out of stock by Amazon but the other merchants on Amazon are selling it for more than £66!!! So the rig would go over my budget. Not sure if I should stick with this build and see if Amazon eventually stocks up for the RAM or get a different RAM and spend less? I don't know, I wish to build the PC or at least get the parts by the end of June/July.

EDIT - Looked at another RAM on Amazon the Patriot 8GB (2x 4GB) 2133MHz Dual Channel DDR3 Viper 3 Black Mamba Memory Kit costing around £54.20 where the one on the build you provided is £44.?? So the total rig would be £727.29.

Is it worth using the RAM I chose and spending an extra £10, use a different RAM or should I stay with the RAM you chose and wait till Amazon stocks up? Also, I'm not sure how long the RAM has been showing "temporarily out of stock" and how long they take to re-stock 🙁

- A LOT of things will change by the end of June. Whole new series of Intel processors alongside a whole new line of Nvidia cards.

- Your RAM would be a better choice. PCPartPicker has a bit of a delay between the actual price and when it updates. Alternatively, if you find 1600 MHz RAM for cheaper, that would be fine as well.
