[SOLVED] Need help Identifying a Fake GPU

I got fake GT-730 from china. And I got it working but unable to pinpoint which card it really is. The only thing I was able to get right is the GPU chip, which is a GF-119-300-A1
When I search for the GPU, some information are contradicting.

If you can return it return it.

It may be possible to make the GPU functional if you can identify the card and reflash it, but as it sits the GPU is not going to perform properly.

Could sell it as faulty.

He'd have to sell it as faulty AND fake.

A return is probably not in the cards on this.

I'm fighting the dispute of course, stating that the card was "falsely advertise" and "fake". Imagine all this trouble just for $30 USD

Little Update on this one. I got it refunded (cost me a little shipping fee). After that I go this.
