Need help identifying old ribbon chord

I have an old ribbon cord that needs replacement which used to connect our PC to a CNC machine. It's gotten faulty and needs to be replaced but I don't know what it's called.

That is a custom cable. If you can find a manufacturer's part number you may have luck. Can the CNC manufacturer not sell you a replacement?

Im pretty sure the manufacturer is an old italian company that doesnt exist anymore, aand i added, some pictures if that would even help any

I looked at the pictures, and that is why I say it was a custom cable. You can probably find the raw materials. You would have to count pins on the connectors and things like that. But assembling a wide ribbon cable like that is difficult without proper tools.

There are custom cable manufacturers that can probably help you. Again, having an original vendor's part number will help.

I googled "custom ribbon cables" and there are plenty of vendors to choose from.

If you can't go back to the manufacturer as Kanewolf suggests then you'll have to try to rebuild from scratch.

There is some information you'll need to collect to rebuild this cable. A) the pin spacing on the ribbon. B) the connector type.

The connector type is more challenging. Look for manufacturer marks. Google your CNC machines model number and see if you can't find a manual or parts information. The connector looks pretty standard, it's not obviously proprietary but it's also not your standard PC or IDC component.

You might get really lucky and be able to find a more standard IDC connector that you could replace all the connectors with, but that would take a lot of research.
