Need help immediately! Fan noise

When I play Minecraft with shaders my gpu fan becomes pretty loud and very annoying , is it going to help if I buy some case fans? ( PS: I don;t have any ) And here is a shop very near to my home , which one would be the best? I have no case fans , just CPU GPU and PSU of course

Then yes. You need some. Start with 2....1 in front (intake), 1 in back (exhaust).
You need to bring in cool room air, and blow hot air out the back.

Currently, the components are just sitting in their own heat.
