need help in choosing a monitor

i'm stuck with these two monitors s27a950d and asus vg278 3d monitors.
i need to know which of these two monitors is good for gaming in 2d and 3d.
also i wanna know how the nvidia 3d vision works, is it like the 2d to 3d conversion or can i watch only 3d movies or games in 3d?

Well pretty much all of the above. Blu-Ray movies with the proper playback software can be played in 3D if the movie supports it. Also games that support Nvidia 3D Vision can be played. And I think you can do 2D to 3D conversion although I have not tried that. But keep in mind that there are not that many games that support 3D Vision natively.
