Hello I am about to build a PC in a week or two and i would like to place the order.
What i am confused with is should i get the corsair h100i v2 water cooler or the noctua NH-D15 Big air cooler.

I will be using the following:

Graphic card: gigabyte gtx 1070

Mother board: GIGABYTE AORUS GA-Z270X-Gaming K7

Processor: I5 7600k or maybe even i7 7700k

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB

SSHD: Seagate 2TB FireCuda

Power Supply: cooler master B700

Case: Corsair 750 airflow case – 58kd

Thank you in advance!

Also this is going to be my first build so feel free to drop any tips

I personally HATE all things water-cooling. It's expensive and usually not much if any better that a decent air cooler. The noctua dh15 or 15s ( better ram clearance) are both awesome but pricey. Cyroig h7 or ultimate are both very solid and a bit cheaper

I haven't come across an air cooler that can match my watercooling setup...... ever. Yes, it's expensive, but it works.
I agree with SR-71. Everything in there looks good except the power supply. I've had great luck with the Silverstone Strider fully modular series of Power supplies. I'd recommend a fully modular, jut to cut down on the wire spaghetti in the case.

Your choice in cooler depends on your priorities.

The Corsair is better if you value portability and ease of access/maintenance at the expense of a slightly louder cooler and a slightly higher price.

The Noctua is better if you value a quiet build at the expense of being able to safely move the computer, and more difficult maintenance (that cooler makes it very hard to reach ram slots in particular). I would suggest that if you want to go with this cooler, check out the NH-D15S as well. It's quite a bit easier to work with, and doesn't give up much in terms of performance.

All that said, I have to agree that your PSU is sub-par for that build. Consider a Corsair RMi/RMx or EVGA G2.
