Need help in relation to ip addresses and hacking

So, I have a Dell Inspiron 7559 Laptop and recently my dad somehow can see everything I do on it. I feel very vulnerable and it's basically an invasion of privacy. I don't know how he sees my screen so I made a list of observations and questions to help me and you get an understanding of what's happening and how to solve it.
1. 2 weeks ago, I gave him my public IP address (he's my dad and he asked for it).
2. I have DCHP
3. Ipconfig /release and /renew not working.
4. He may be using another method to see my computer instead of public IP.
5. If I stay awake to 4 am he doesn't call me or anything so I know he doesn't have a hidden camera in my room.
6. Will changing my public ip prevent him from accessing my computer?

try to use a VPN and see if he can still stalk u?

i use betternet, but only for browsing and stuff, but i think betternet had an app to be used outside browser's add-on

I have talked about with him and he wouldn't tell me how he does it, even if he says he won't do it anymore, he will still watch without me being aware.

He currently leaves the house and lives in an apartment during weekdays to work and comes back to the house on weekdays. I just want to be able to block him from seeing my screen, even if he says he wouldn't do it.

are you sure he has'nt installed teamviewer, or some other program that runs in the background?

What leads you to believe he can actually see your screen?
Knowing what sites you visit is easy. That's in the router log.
