hello...I want to ask if i5 6400 with h170 series board a good combination for gaming..... and is there a difference between gtx 1060 single fan and double fan (zotac).

Yes will work fine, and the difference between single and double fan is probably size and noise, where the double fan one should cool a bit better and make less noise. Both will do fine, but if you have the space in your case get the double fan one.

Also I guess you're aiming for an i5 6400+gtx 1060 build? That will work just fine no issues.
