Question Need help in verifying if this is a RAM issue?

So, I have a XPG Lancer DDR5 6000Mhz Cl 40 32 GB ram kit. And, have been getting BSODS quite frequently. I tested my ram sticks one at a time and found that using Ram1 pc boots up fine but not when using Ram2. Also, if I install Ram1 in slot1 and Ram2 in slot2 pc again boots up fine. But, not if I reverse this order (Ram2 in slot1 and Ram1 in slot2). I have verified that I am using the correct ram slots in my motherboard using the manual that came along with it.

I have also tested with Metest86 and there were no errors found. So, is this ram kit faulty or not?

If stick 2 consistently doesn't work when installed in the same slot as stick 1, that's grounds for an RMA replacement.
