Need help installing linux (Ubuntu) for dual boot

So I downloaded Ubuntu onto its own partition and want to dual boot from it. With windows 7.
My issue is that while I have all of the files on the hardrive I am not sure how to start the installation. I have no disk. because it was downloaded.

Can you burn the ISO to a CD, or DVD, or flash drive? After that, just boot into it. The installer will guide you through the rest.
