Today I bought an EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 Super. All I did was open the case, swap the card (The other one was a 1070), and boot up the computer. The first thing that started happening was my fans speed went up very quickly and the computer said it was getting hot fast. I have a Corsair H80i V2 cooler, and the red light on the pump kept going red then white but mostly staying red. I installed iCUE and rebooted the computer, and the cooling part has seemed to fix itself but I don't know if there is still a problem. Now I am trying to get the card working. GeForce experience says I have the 2060 super in and I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers. It keeps saying installation failed, and I don't know why. None of my games run properly. Could anyone help me?

Edit: I've got the drivers installed now, but every time I try to play a game, a weird buzzing noise is coming from the graphics card. There are no wires hitting the fans, and the fans also do not run, even while playing.
