[SOLVED] Need help installing Visual C++

I recently installed Windows 8.1 Single Language and i have to reinstall some drivers,but i am confused with all this Visual C++ things,i used to just install drivers using Driver Booster 8 automatically,but i want to do it manually now,but i am so confused with all these Visual C++ things
Should i install all of them,or just install the 2019 one?

what do you mean installing visual c++ thing.
You don't need to do that. if the drivers need it, it will install with it.
