Hi guys, could you help me please,

looking to build my first gaming pc for about 450-500

mostly playing WOT and CS

no monitor/keyboar/mouse is required, also i do have Hard drives, so no need to include them.

Also could you advise whether to have Intel or AMD?

Thank You.

yes but i would recomend getting an i5 if you can, it will make a big difference and it means that you can upgrade your gpu a few years down the line without having to touch the rest of your system. a 6400 will do the trick as long as its an i5, with that said a 6600k will be a large step up from that again but with the budget that your on id get a 6400.

Hi, thanks for the pick, just a quick question, what if we change cpu i5 6400 for if 6500 and is there is an alternative for power supply a bit cheaper? also adding a cpu cooler?

Thanks

changing the cpu wont make much of a difference, if you want to spend more i would get an ssd.
you need atleast 550 watts and i would definetly not cheap out on the psu.
you cannot overclock your cpu so a stock cooler is fine.
