need help! my desktop monitor problem?

hi all...
I have Nvidia GeForce GT 610 graphics card(monitor samsung 22 inch)
and my resolution setting is 1920 by 1080,true color (32bit),59 hertz..
i just want to know is the setting all right or should I change it to 60 hertz?
