okay, here's my rig AMD FX 4300, M5A78L-M LX PLUS with 6 GBs of ram and nd two poopy hard drives also ultra lsp 650w.
My pc will restart while gaming i have the latest bios
my CPU temp was 49c after like a few minutes
i don't know what's going on, but i think i may need to put on some new thermal paste or put in more fans. i don't know please help me out

Solution
I'd look for an Antec Earthwatts or a Rosewill Capstone or Seasonic "G" on a budget; 500W-550W is enough for your system.
Avoid the Corsair "CX" and "GS" lines; they're made with some inferior Samxon capacitors that cannot take heat and have been cited for early failure. The 750W "CX" has better caps, but other quality problems (seems to be common these days for CWT; I no longer trust them). Read Oklahoma Wolf's review of it on jonnyguru.com.
What graphics card do you have? Most likely, your Ultra PSU-shaped object is unable to hold up its end of the log, and wanders so far out of spec that it causes your system to restart. There is a possibility of damage here, so you probably want to get a real PSU as quickly as possible. The graphics card you are using will determine the size you need.

New thermal paste would help if temps get too high, but restarts at 49C doesnt really indicate the CPU (temp) to be a problem. Have you installed any new drivers recently? They are the easiest thing to rule out (for me) when troubleshooting. In the past I found that one of my sound drivers was interferring with my GPU drivers, causing radom errors.

Also, I am in agreement with Onus. A new PSU should be in order. Ultra LSP 650W is only a 456W PSU (38A @ 12V) "marketed" as a 650W.

my card is the radeon hd 6950 2gb, ouch, i hope no damage
i can run out and get a new psu fast
