Question Need help my settings is gone???

Hi my settings does not currently exist and installing it through winget or powershell dosent work cause neither of the apps works some components of the software dosent work either mostly the task bar. And an error pops up if i open any images which is (error -2018374635). Can someone please help

Settings? What are you trying to "set"? What specific apps? What specific components?

What was attempted via Powershell? What cmdlets or scripts were used?

Provide more details with examples of what is not working or happening as expected.
