Need Help. No Bios Screen

I don't think compatibility is the issue.

I have tried everything I can but when I boot it up the monitor stays black and no bios screen comes up. I have taken the computer apart many times and have tested out which parts work and which parts don't work on my friend's computer. I am thinking about returning everything back and getting replacements so that I can start fresh again because it seems that it is most likely a broken part. Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and consideration.

We have a checklist that was created to troubleshoot this exact problem. There's a link to the checklist in my signature. Perform EVERY step in the checklist and let us know how it goes. These problems are often just user error rather than faulty hardware.
