I'd like to reuse the memory and crossfire the 6870. I am moving and not looking to ship most of this stuff (though I suppose the i3 could fit in my pocket and be used in a research only computer).
I'd like to spend less than 1000 bucks though if a build is just too good I can certainly go a bit more. The computer would be used primarily for Gaming, Photographicary Manipulation and research (though realistically any computer should handle that if it can handle the gaming stuff). Looking to buy in the next month, and it would all be through Amazon.com (can't be their returns/shipping rates). Anything not listed I need (Monitor, KB, etc.).
Right now my main concerns with my current system are it's slow read/write speeds (which make editing large photos a bit of a pain), and slightly slow gaming.
