Need help on BIOS menu and a graphics card!

Hi,I need help with 2 things,One,How to acess the BIOS/UEFI menu and secondly how to disable the built in intel HD graphics.

Im currently running windows 8,Ive tried shutting the computer off and spamming f2,it brings me to the boot menu but no BIOS/UEFI menu or option! Thanks for the help.

To go to BIOS press "Delete" key (depends on motherboard) and you don't have to disable Intel HD graphics, just install your discrete graphics card and plug your monitor cable to graphics card output, hope it'll help!

Thanks for the BIOS thing,But im on a laptop,So how would i disable the Intel using a laptop.

Did you enter to BIOS? and what laptop do you have? (exactly model, maybe link your laptop)

Oh! Something have remind me, you can try disabling HD graphics in "Device manager" in windows!
