Need help on choosing a new PSU

which of this 2 are better?

if there's other option,
is there any power supply that is under 58 $ that are much much better than this 2?

I can only choose on this site (₱2,500.00 = 58$)

Is PCX the only place?

The Seasonic one is cheaper here. Still a bit over, but that would be the best PSU around that price.
