need HELP! on how to delete this folders ..

i need HELP! on how to delete the folders like in the image below...there are so many of this on my drive C and D,... i believe they are from the recycle bin ..
hope someone can help me on how to delete them PERMANENTLY....

...the folders are 0 bytes... but there are so many of them and cant delete it..

actually they are not virus....they are folders that is auto created when you clean a large size file in the Recycle bin...
its just i dont know how to remove it completely...they are just 0bytes

Click on Organize - Select all - delete

oops...nope they're not in the recycle bin.... what i mean is that.. if the recycle bin has a file or big files and when you "empty recyle bin" it then those files will go back to the system drives in C or D... and makes that folder like in the image..its just like a backup that can be restored.(i dont know if it is a backup lol its 0bytes) ... thats what i understand on the folders,

i just suggest a scanner might it helps some, coz i have those before. try using a disk cleanup.

so..if i use disk clean up will it means i will clean my disk and delete all my file?? it will just be like a disk reformat...? if that will be the case i dont want to use it coz, obviously it will delete all my file

No, its not. It will only remove temporary files .

ow.. i did it already...i delete the temp. file but it is still there... and i guess they are not a temp. files...
