So am thinking on buying this mobo Gigabyte H270-HD3 with the hyperx 2x4gb 2400mhz. I was checking on the ram support list that Gigabyte has in the site and i saw that thing, Memory socket support and the 4 option is not ticked. Does this mean that if iawant to upgrade ram and buy an other set of 2x4gb it won't actually be supported or is it sth else????

The QVL list tells what ram was successfully tested.
It does not say that other kits will not work.
To be certain, go to a ram web site and access their ram selection app.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of supported kits.

Past that, do not count on adding ram later. It is likely to work bui is not guaranteed.
Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when 4 sticks are involved.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.
It is safer to...

If you think you might EVER want 16gb, buy a 2 x 8gb kit up front.

How would you feel if you later bought 8gb more and found out that it did not work??
