We have a ROG G20AJ Gaming PC. I've built/rebuilt/upgraded many computers over the years, however, this one was not designed to be end-user upgrade friendly.
I have opened up the unit to replace the Nvidia GTX 760 video card which has died. While the case is opened I also need to replace the dead CMOS battery, which is located beneath an aluminum tray which holds the DVD.
I've removed all screws from the tray that appears to secure it to the chassis but it still won't budge. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm overlooking but I am stumped at this point. My grandson is losing faith in me at this point. I've included a link to the image of the open case to hopefully clarify what I'm asking for help on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
