Please give me some ideas on a new Graphics Card so I can meet Photoshop’s requirements.

My current PC which I built back in 2014 is as follows

Intel i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe LGA 1155, Nvidia SLI Ready, PCIe 3.0

My current Graphics Card is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 this is what I need to replace.

I appreciate your time and recommendations.

Is this a custom build or a prebuilt PC?

What power supply and how old? Does it have the proper PCIe connectors for a newer graphics card?

Where the requirements aren't too high for that I would suspect you will need to consider your power supply as well as space inside the case. Otherwise, it seems to call for 4GB VRAM and not to be older than 7 years, which gives you a lot of choices.

I built this back in 2014 I believe, The power is a Corsair HX850 80 plus silver. I plan to replace this PC in the near future so I would like to be able to use this Card so my budget 700.00 if needed.

Basically speaking, with that type of budget, get what you like that will fit. Keep in mind that the 10yo PSU is a gamble against the value of the graphics card and really the system as a whole, so if you are comfortable chancing that for a while until the new build it may go well enough. IMO, I would run the budget on the graphics card down to around $600, buy a quality $100 PSU and use those till the new build. I would keep the old stuff to put back in this one for whatever afterlife it might lead.

Keep in mind also that rumor has 5xxx NVIDIA coming in Jan. This would be an excellent excuse to watch for the next few weeks. Pricing and selection is possibly not as nice as normal due to being 5 days out of Christmas. This will give you the option to go with the new line, or possibly benefit from price drops on 4xxx. I understand many to say the 4070ti is a good choice. Cannot forget the RX 78/7900 XT(X) models either.
