Need help on upgrading pc parts

Hi guys,

my current build is:

i5 4590
2x4gb DDR 3 RAM
gigabyte H97 gaming 3
GTX 1060 6GB

im kinda having troubles with PUBG, my guess is its a RAM issue.

Any ideas? what im thinking of doing right now is probably buy a second hand 2x4gb DDR3

What do you guys think.
