Hey all i really need help with this!

I bought this rig from an old friend who had his cpu overcloked to 4.6gh and gpu clocked really high which i lowere as u can see on the pictures.
gpu temperature is great, doesnt go more than 75% with 45%fan not sure if the cpu is in a safe spot though it doesnt seem to get really high and i dont really know how to test the max temperature but i hoope its good!
If anyone can help me make it so my setting are good+stable that would be great?
right now everything seems stable but I cant really play that many games on high settings with stable 60fps+
csgo for example on high/very high settings drops from 180 to 80 and stuff like that never under 60 though!
