Need help PC Wont turn on

i have a ASUS M15AD and i changed my power suppply the graphics card and the casing, but after i installed the parts in the casing, whenever my computer sleeps or shuts off it stays shut and wont turn on
My video card is a Radeon Shaphire 280 Dual x my power supply is a EVGA supernova 750 G2 and the casing is a thermaltake V3 Black

Yes it is correctly connected since i can only turn it on after a few hours
