Need help picking a motherboard!

Hello, I'm trying to replace my current motherboard which is a Gigabyte 970a ds3 AMD 970 ATX. Can someone help me find a motherboard that's compatible with all my current components? Here are the parts I want to use/ currently have (excluding the motherboard):
processor: Intel i5 4690k 3.5ghz LGA 1150
Graphics card: Zotac Geforce GTX 970
Memory : 8GB (4GBX2) DDR3/1600 MHz
powersupply :600 watz
sound: high definition on-board 7.1 audio.
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0gb.s 32mb cache 7200RPM HDD

If that's not compatible then can you guys help me out by finding one in the $90-150 price range?

Yes, i'm going with intel. hmm, a Gigabyte Intel LGA1150 GA-Z97X-SLI Motherboard would work with all my components, right?
