first is a dead socket no future
Third has no GPU but best CPU
Fourth is a dead socket no future.
second is most balanced and will offer the best experience

R_1 explained it well above why that's not the case.

They're good builds for 5 years ago, but they're stuck there. At least with the Ryzen build you can upgrade down the line if you're so inclined.

What are you planning to do with this build? Gaming? Productivity?

they are for old technology, the intel chip is about to be 5 generations old. the FX chip is probably the fastest the motherboard will support. both have last gen DDR, DDR3.
the ryzen system can only be upgraded. modern DDR4, m.2 which support the fastest SSD's, growth from 4 threads to 16 with a simple chip change.
of the 4 its not the current fastest, but it is the one you will have the longest with proper upgrades.
