Need help picking out a motherboard

Hello, Recently I have been getting pissed of at my dell inpiron 620 motherboard. Mostly because I replaced everything in my dell inspiron 620 except my processor. But along with my new gaming case, the motherboard is being difficult with the case wiring. And so I'm just thinking of buying a new motherboard. Problem is that I'm afraid of buying something that wont work along with my system. If you guys could help me out it would be great. My budget is around 100$ I have two in mind though

Hi, everything will work together, and between those two motherboards I'd recommend the ASUS P8Z77-V LX, if you don't plan on overclocking then you don't need a Z77 chipset based board, and you can save money by going with a H77 chipset based board like these:
