Need help please with Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero z390 motherboard

When I turn off my computer, the LED/RGB lights are still on the motherboard. How do I turn them off? It bothers me and I would like to change that. Not sure where I can find it in BIOS since I am a new Asus ROG user.

Thank you for your answer! I would love to but, can you be more specific on how to do that? Since I'm completely new to this high-end build.

Check in the Advanced menu / APM configuration /enable the ErP Ready.
