SO my computer has had issues where it will randomly shut off without warning, the computer is not over heating, some times it will turn back on right away, other it will turn the fans on disk drive will make a sound then it will shut off and repeat this process over and over, it is not a software issue i have completely reformatted from windows 10, went back to windows 8 and it persisted so i went back to 10, i have replaced the power supply and the issue continued, i have tested my ram and they came up fine, i completely removed my video card and it would still not start up same powering up fans then turning off. I have moved my computer to try different outlets and it still persists, The only things i can think it might be is the CPU, motherboard or possibly disk drive? Also some times i can go HOURS of gaming and no issue what so ever, but when the resetting/powering off happens it happens alot and over and over usually, Please help me ill take any ideas that might help me, i really hope its not the cpu or motherboard but iam guessing its one of them.

Solution
2) updated the Bios problem still persists
Does the pc randomly shut off without warning? or does the pc start and shut off repeatedly? or something else.

You posted the cpu in "~3.4GHz" so i think you may not oc it. But if yes, reset it to the 3.4ghz.

Also test hard drive by Data LifeGuard Diagnostics if you had the WD HDD. http://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?lang=en or using the HD Tune to check the hard drive S.M.A.R.T. to see the hard drive is OK or not.
1) what are the old and the new PSU?
2) If you can use the PC, may try update the BIOS to the newer version. The BIOS in your MB is old( the BIOS date 8/2/13), I guess it is the 1st version.
3) Try use one only, even you did test the the memory, and they are fine w/o error.
4) If the PC does not boot, try Bench it - Troubleshooting http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1753671/bench-troubleshooting.html If you don't have other parts to test, may go to local PC shop ask for help.

1) Old PSU was a Antec Earthwatts 750W Green Power Supply, New PSU is a 750 watt thermaltake
2) updated the Bios problem still persists
3) tested the ram one at a time and they both work fine.
4) SO far i have always been able to get back on the comp but sometimes it takes a few minutes of sitting to do so, which makes me think something is overheating but this will happen from the comp only being on for several minutes, and when it happens nothing in the pc feels hot and i get no errors.
