Ok, so I play H1Z1 and this problem started over the past week. I have a ASUS GTX 1060 also I have an FX 8320 black edition CPU. I have a 600w corsair power supply. Anyways on with the problem. When I play any game, after like 10 minutes the fps just randomly drops to like 4fps for 5-6 seconds and then goes back up. I watched the gpu voltage and noticed that it was going down during this point and then going back up. The voltage while idling is 0.625v The voltage in game is 1.5v going to the GPU. The voltage during this time would drop to the idling voltage and then come back up. I tried another GPU and CPU and got the same error. The PSU gives consistent voltage to every other component, which makes me think that it's not the problem. All out of ideas. Please help.

As you can see in my first post it says that the problem happens in any game.

I put my FX4300 in there and tried it and had the same issue. The 4300 came with the board.
