Need Help quick about PSU

I am currently building an fx 8350 r9 280x asrock extreme4 do you think a 430cx or should i go big like 750watt

CX 430, not enough. Go with a XFX 550W or Seasonic 620 M12II.

It's not all about wattage. You want to buy a quality power supply from a quality brand. The Corsair CX430 is not enough for that setup, and being generally high-failure power supplies under stress, that would be a terrible idea. I would get a 550W quality power supply by XFX or Seasonic.
