Need Help (random fps drops on games)

Hello everyone,
I really need help, i am desperate.
I ahve bought a new laptop, the asus scar 2 gs04.
Everytime i play a demanding game the temp get really high (80/90) and i get sudden frame drops, i dont know what to do anymore...
Edit: after a full recovery the laptop seems to perform fine so thank you for your help everyone! (Gaming in a laptop is weird and expansive)

You have discovered the limitation of a laptop. Only solution is to cool it off. Try raising the laptop up to allow air to pass underneath while using a keyboard and mouse.

Have you checked your temps? Overheating is common with gaming laptops.

I have a cooling pad and all doesnt seem to do anything which is weird, and it all depends on the game some reach 90 and dont trottle and other do...
And the i7/8750h ltemp limit is 100

Yes thez get kinda high but max temp for this processor is 100 so its kinda weird

Your GPU will start to,throttle at 65 probably lol

That's usually my thoughts after I bought one 10 years ago; spent $2000 on an Alienware and it performed like a $500 budget gaming desktop.
