Need Help Sata Random stops

My pc is
Fx-6300
R9 270x
2x Corsair 4gb
500W psu
500HDD
64GB SSD
Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0
And my problem is my sata my HDD and my SSD stops for like 1 min or 30 sec and everythink stops

Check your Hard Disk power settings and set to Turn off hard disk after "Never."

it helped me for like 1h but it bugged again for 1min 🙁
