need help selecting my graphics card

Processor - 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 / 2.66 GHz ( Dual-Core )
RAM - 4 GB (max) - DDR2 SDRAM - 667 MHz - PC2-5300

i need a graphics card to play the latest games like tomb raider or assassins creed 3 at normal to high settings.Between 100-150$
